What kind of files are acceptable?
It is true, we hate “Word” files as they fall apart when taken into our printing software!
Try “Canva.com“. Save as a high-quality printable file or even better, send us the Canva link.
Please do not worry if you have no artwork files.
We can work with almost any file!
We do not charge for most artwork.
But the best files are high res pdf, to scale and to size, no crops or bars. You can also scale to half or quarter size if the files are large.
We will not go to print without your final permission.
Please note printing & finishing takes time, often 2 days at least.
Some items can be completed in 24 hrs if ordered before 11.30 am
Urgent Orders.
For urgent orders, the artwork must be ready.
Images must be large enough for the print. Ie small photos will blur on large banners.
Please note, we do not guarantee timescales although we have delivered on time 99% of the time.
